What is Chloropicrin, chemical weapon used by Russia in Ukraine war?

Russia allegedly used chemical weapons including Chloropicrin against Ukrainian troops. It's a banned choking agent dispersed as a gas. In liquid form it appears colourless and oily and it causes severe irritation to eyes, skin and lungs, as well as nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. It was first used by Germans as poison gas in World War I.
