Dasha Mata Vrat, observed on the Dashami tithi of the Krishna Paksha in Chaitra, is a Hindu fast dedicated to Goddess Dasha Mata, a form of Goddess Parvati. Devotees wake up early, bathe, and perform puja near a sacred tree. A 10-knotted dora is wrapped around the tree and later worn as a symbol of blessings, believed to bring prosperity.
