Delhi government has enacted the Delhi School Education (Transparency in Fixation and Regulation of Fees) Act, 2025 to regulate fees in private schools, which requires schools to make fee structure details publicly available. The law also sets maximum limits for specific one-time fees, such as ₹25 for registration, ₹200 for admission and ₹500 for refundable caution money, among other provisions.
