Glaucoma is a condition that is recognized by excessive pressure within the eyeball that gradually leads to loss of sight. Eye melanoma cancer may lead to glaucoma because uncontrollable cancer cell growth can induce pressure to cause glaucoma. While glaucoma and eye cancer both affect the eyes, they are fundamentally different in their causes and symptoms.
