Terror outfit TRF which initially claimed responsibility for Pahalgam attack, received funds through Hawala from Malaysia and Pakistan, NIA has revealed. Under hawala, a sender gives money to an informal broker called hawaladar in one location, and receives a code to give to the recipient, who presents it to a hawaladar in the destination location to receive the funds.
