Amazon's billionaire Founder Jeff Bezos implemented a rule during the early days of the company which stated that every internal team should be small enough that it can be fed with only two pizzas. This is known as the 'two-pizza team rule', which ideally involves less than 10 people. It is aimed at increasing efficiency and productivity and decreasing bureaucracy.
