Accused Nikhil Gupta has pleaded guilty in a US court to taking part in a plot to kill Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. Gupta described himself as an international dealer in narcotics and weapons. Prosecutors allege that Gupta worked with other individuals, including co-defendant Vikash Yadav. According to officials, Yadav recruited Gupta to help arrange the killing in US.
