Putin arrived in India for BRICS Summit on plane often called 'Flying Kremlin' or 'Doomsday Plane', a modified version of Ilyushin IL-96-300, which can fly approximately 11,000 kilometres non-stop. It functions like an airborne command centre and has radar-jamming technology. It's protected by infrared decoy launchers & anti-missile measures, and houses private offices, bedrooms & conference room.
