What is MIND diet?

MIND diet focuses on eating foods with the most direct brain benefits such as berries, leafy greens, non-starchy vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, fish and poultry. MIND diet includes foods that are good source of fibre, vitamin E, folate, omega-3 fatty acids, carotenoids and flavonoids. These foods lower risk of Alzheimer's disease and dementia, and lower the blood pressure.
