Billionaire Lakshmi Mittal is reportedly shifting base from the UK to Dubai's Naia Island. The NDTV Profit report says the island is a high-security luxury zone located off Jumeirah's coastline with limited branded homes, each offering direct and private beach access. Villa prices on the island reportedly start at around ₹109.3 crore. The project is expected to open in 2029.
