What is Noonan syndrome, that affects kids?

Noonan syndrome is a genetic condition that can affect kids in many ways. Symptoms typically include unusual facial features such as a tall forehead and wide-set eyes, lower-set ears and a shorter neck, as per experts. Many children born with it also have short stature, eye issues, low muscle tone and congenital (from birth) heart disease.
