Security forces launched Operation Trashi-I in Passerkut, Chatroo, Kishtwar, after credible intelligence on terrorists. Conducted jointly by the Indian Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police with inputs from the Intelligence Bureau and other sources, the operation tracked and neutralised two suspected Jaish-e-Mohammed members, strengthening security in the region.
