What is pescatarian diet?

Pescatarian diet is a plant-forward approach to eating that also includes seafood. Some pescatarians eat eggs and dairy products. The term pescatarian comes from combining the Italian word for fish, pesce, and vegetarian. The diet is associated with lower risks of cardiovascular disease and cancer, and provides nutrients like magnesium, vitamin B12, zinc, iron and fibre, US experts said.
