The ED accused Amway India of running a 'pyramid fraud' and provisionally attached its assets worth ₹757.77 crore. It alleged Amway of running a pyramid fraud in the guise of direct selling multi-level marketing network and exorbitant pricing of products. "Gullible public is induced to join as members and purchase products at exorbitant prices, losing their hard-earned money," ED said.
