What is Section 122, trade law Trump used after SC tariff order?

Trump invoked his authority under Section 122 of Trade Act of 1974 to impose an additional 10% tariff on imports after Supreme Court struck down most tariffs imposed by him on various countries. Section 122 is rare provision that allows temporary tariffs to respond to certain trade and economic threats. They can remain in place for maximum of 150 days.
