Short sleeper syndrome (SSS), also known as short sleep syndrome, is a condition where a person needs less sleep than most people. A person with SSS falls asleep easily when they go to bed and doesn't need alarm to wake up. The people with this syndrome feel good and have energy even after just four to six hours of sleep.
