Sleep-related eating disorder (SRED) is a sleep condition where people unknowingly prepare and eat food while asleep, with no memory of it later. Often noticed by others, it may occur as a side effect of certain medications or alongside other sleep disorders. The condition is risky, as it can cause injuries or involve eating harmful items, but treatment is available.
