Three-time PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee was cremated on Friday with state funeral at Central Delhi's Rashtriya Smriti Sthal on the banks of river Yamuna. The site was designated as a spot for last rites of presidents, vice-presidents and prime ministers by the Centre in 2013. A common memorial was chosen due to shrinking land resources in the Capital.
