The wellness trend '5 to 9 Before 9 to 5' refers to walking up at 5 am and using the four hours before a person's job starts for self-care. Psychologist Dr Ramone Ford said if the time is used for healthy activities, it could positively impact physical and mental health. He, however, cautioned against giving up sleep for this.
