An Indian man named Piyush Varanjani has claimed that he has been granted US' O-1 Visa for individuals with extraordinary ability or achievement. US government has defined extraordinary ability as a "level of expertise indicating that a person is among the small percentage who have arisen to very top of fields" including sciences, education, business, athletics, arts and television industry.
