Akasa Air, a 13-month-old airline, is on the brink of cancelling 600-700 flights in September after the abrupt resignation of 43 pilots who failed to serve their notice periods. The airline is seeking necessary measures against these pilots and claiming approximately ₹22 crore in compensation to offset the substantial revenue losses incurred due to to cancellation and groundings of flights.
