Beauty Parlour Stroke Syndrome, which is a type of Vertebrobasilar insufficiency, is a condition that can cause neck pain, injury, or, in rare cases, even a stroke. It usually happens when people get hair-wash at beauty parlours and tilt their head on the washbasin. The sitting position may cause reduction in blood supply to back of brain, causing the syndrome.
