The BCCI has revamped the Right to Match (RTM) card rule in IPL mega auction. Previously, a team could match highest bid once to claim their player. Now, highest bidder will get one last chance to raise offer before the team with RTM can claim the player. The player will go to highest bidder if team with RTM opts out.
