What is the ideal duration of sitting, standing & sleeping in a day as per new study?

Swinburne University of Technology researchers have revealed the ideal duration of sitting, standing and sleeping in 24 hours. The ideal breakdown was found to be 8.2 hours of sleep, 5.1 hours of standing, 6 hours of sitting and 2.1 hours each of light and moderate physical activity. The study said this contributed to maintaining glycemic control and promoted heart health.
