Pomodoro Technique is a time-management method developed by author Francesco Cirillo in late 1980s. It involves breaking work into 25-minute focused intervals, called "Pomodoros," followed by short 5-minute breaks. After four Pomodoros, a longer break is taken. This technique helps in boosting productivity by enhancing focus and reducing burnout, making it renowned for tackling tasks efficiently.
