Bollywood playback singer Alka Yagnik recently revealed that she has been diagnosed with a rare sensorineural nerve hearing loss. The singer took to her social media handle and mentioned that it happened "due to a viral attack". Yagnik also warned youngsters against the use of loud music and headphones. Doctors say SNHL happens after nerves in the inner ear damage.
