Starbucks' new CEO Brian Niccol's compensation could reach over $113 million. Niccol's base salary is $1,600,000 (over ₹13.43 crore) per annum. He'll also get a $10-million cash signing bonus and annual stock awards valued at $23 million, to be distributed beginning next year. He'll also get a $75-million equity grant distributed over three years for leaving Chipotle, his current workplace.
