Started out in 1994 by Dolma Tsering, a Tibetan refugee, Dolma Aunty Momos has been a cultural symbol for food lovers in Delhi. Ms. Dolma overcame language barriers, misconceptions about 'momos', while adjusting to a new country. Over the years, it has gained fame and recognition across the country.
