US President Donald Trump has five options to fall back on if the US Supreme Court strikes down his tariffs, which impacted India and were imposed based on a 1977 law. One option is 1962 Trade Expansion Act's Section 232, while 1974 Trade Act's Sections 301, 201 and 122 are other options. He could push Congress for statutory backing, too.
