PM Narendra Modi was presented Vikram 32-bit processor, the first Made-in-India chip at Semicon India 2025. The chip, developed by ISRO's Semiconductor Laboratory, is designed to withstand extreme conditions of space missions. It uses a custom Instruction Set Architecture, supports floating-point computation and enables programming in high-level language used in aerospace applications.
