What is wet-bulb temperature and why is it dangerous?

"Wet-bulb" temperature accounts not just for air temperature but also for the moisture it holds. It's the lowest temperature to which air can be cooled by evaporation of water into the air at a constant pressure. High wet-bulb temperatures make it harder for humans to cool themselves through sweating. The ideal wet-bulb temperature is 31°C at humidity levels above 50%.
