If a flight is cancelled/delayed by more than 6 hours, passenger has the right to refuse alternate flight offered by airline and demand full refund. Passengers must provide adequate contact information at time of booking. Refund timeline is immediate in case of bank/cash transfers, within 7 days for credit and from travel agent if booking was made through agent.
