What's the meaning of 'razakar', term that escalated quota protests in B'desh?

The quota-related protests in Bangladesh allegedly escalated after Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina referred to the protesting students as 'razakars'. The term, considered derogatory in Bangladesh, is used to describe Bangladeshis who sided with Pakistan government during 1971 Liberation War which led to birth of Bangladesh. Calling a person 'razakar' is considered similar to calling them 'traitor'.
