JPMorgan increased CEO Jamie Dimon's 2024 pay to $39 million (₹336 crore) as the biggest US bank beat its own record for the highest annual profit in the history of American banking. The board granted Dimon a $1.5 million salary and $37.5 million of performance-based incentive compensation. His pay is up 8.3% from the $36 million he earned in 2023.
