If a person has lost their PAN card they can apply for duplicate PAN card by submitting Form for "Request for New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data" and a copy of FIR. If the person doesn't remember their PAN, they can know it by using the 'Know Your PAN' facility provided by the Income Tax Department.
