What to eat when you have a stomach flu?

Stomach flu requires bland, easy-to-digest foods like the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast). Stay hydrated with water, ORS, and coconut water. Avoid spicy foods, heavy meats, and dairy early on. Gradually reintroduce solids as you recover. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or worsen.
