Delhi Police planned to remove Sonam Wangchuk from the protest site in a 30-second operation, IE reported. It said police chose a brief morning window [around 6.30 am] when Abhijeet Dipke usually went to the restroom. Police personnel were asked to assemble at 3 am for a purported security drill, while a phone jammer was installed before the operation.
