As per Donald Trump's executive order to overhaul US elections, a US passport, an official military identification card, and a valid Federal or State government-issued photo identification will be considered as US citizenship proof. An ID complying with REAL ID Act will also be considered a proof. The order requires prospective voters to show citizenship proof to register to vote.
