The world's largest cricket stadium, which will open in Ahmedabad likely in March 2020, will have a capacity of 1,10,000. The ₹700-crore stadium will have 11 pitches prepared with red and black soil. The sub-surface drainage facilities will help dry the outfield within 30 minutes of rains. The stadium will have 76 corporate boxes, 50 room and four dressing rooms.
