Freshworks will be laying off 11% of its workforce in India and the US as it pivots to enhancing AI usage. In an internal memo, CEO Dennis Woodside said the fired employees will be eligible to receive severance pay based on their tenures. They'll also get Q1 bonuses, extended healthcare coverage, an extended employee assistance program and job replacement support.
