According to posts shared by affected workers, Oracle's severance package in India includes 15 days' base salary for each completed year of service, encashment of unused leave balances, one month's salary in lieu of notice period and gratuity (where applicable). It also includes a two-month ex-gratia top-up, subject to signing separation agreements and insurance support of around ₹20,000.
