Whatfix appoints Vara Kumar as CEO after Khadim Batti’s death

Whatfix Co-founder Vara Kumar has been appointed CEO, succeeding late Co-founder Khadim Batti, who died on September 1, 2026. Kumar co-founded the Bengaluru-based enterprise software startup with Batti in 2014 and has led its product and research strategy. Whatfix's platform helps companies improve how employees use workplace software and identify where they face difficulties.
