Telegram Founder Pavel Durov has claimed that WhatsApp is being used by spy agencies as a surveillance tool, following a recent vulnerability found on the app. He said that WhatsApp is being used to spy on users' photos and messages across other apps. Durov held parent firm Facebook responsible, saying that it has been a part of many surveillance programmes.
