WhatsApp group aids Nepal flood tunnel rescue

Engineers in a 500-member WhatsApp group are guiding rescue teams searching tunnel networks of devastated hydropower plants in Nepal's Trishuli valley after August 26 flash floods. Two survivors were pulled alive from a tunnel on September 4. Over 1,200 are dead; 4,000+ remain missing, with dozens possibly trapped in underground chambers.
