WhatsApp is reportedly looking to open up its first India office in Hyderabad after CEO Chris Daniels met Telangana IT minister KT Rama Rao on Thursday. This comes after WhatsApp agreed to meet all demands by the central government except tracing the origin of messages. Facebook, which owns WhatsApp, had launched its Asia hub in Hyderabad in 2010.
