WhatsApp is preparing to solve its spam problem by curbing how many messages users can send to unknown people without getting response. Under this system, every message sent to someone who doesn't reply will count toward a monthly cap. It'll display warning pop-ups as users approach their limit, showing remaining number of messages before they're temporarily blocked from texting someone.
