When to worry about bow legs in your baby?
short by / on Friday, 20 June, 2025
Genu varum, or bow legs, is common in infants due to intrauterine positioning and often resolves naturally. However, if bowing persists beyond age two, becomes severe, or affects walking, it may indicate underlying conditions like rickets or skeletal dysplasia. In such cases, early consultation with a pediatrician is strongly recommended.
