Kotak Mahindra Bank's CEO Uday Kotak tweeted, "Let's remember that when US sneezes, the world catches a cold," after US inflation reached 8.6% in May. It's the highest level of inflation recorded in US in over 4 decades as gas, food, and shelter prices continue to surge. "Cannot believe average Fed funds rate still below 1% pa," Kotak further said.
