Actress Vyjayantimala Bali and actor Konidela Chiranjeevi have been honoured with Padma Vibhushan, while actor Mithun Chakraborty and actor-director Rajdutt have been conferred with Padma Bhushan. Actor-politician Vijaykanth has been posthumously honoured with Padma Bhushan. For the year 2024, President Droupadi Murmu approved conferment of 132 Padma Awards.
