DLF is India's most valuable real estate company with a ₹2,02,140 crore valuation, according to the 2024 GROHE-Hurun India Real Estate 100 list. It was followed by Lodha or Macrotech Developers, Indian Hotels Company, Godrej, Oberoi, Prestige Estates Projects, Adani Realty, Phoenix Mills, K Raheja Group and Embassy Office Parks. Among the top 10 companies, 60% are headquartered in Mumbai.
